If He had not predestined us, how could our works be predestined? What if we do not do them? Poor God ..subject to the will of HIS creation

Those are the kinds of questions that sent me back to the Bible where the answers proved the Calvinistic perspective to be true.

"For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." -- Colossians 1:16-17

"All things."

Right. Back again to the matter of God’s glory. The vessels were made for His glory, not ours.
