If Mitt had Duncan Hunter’s views and credentials, he would have gotten my vote. But that is a huge “if.”
As I stated, I prefer not to vote for a man who has taken the vow of "consecration". I daresay that there are quite a few who would feel the same way if the fact were widely known.
IMO, Mitt was a spoiler with a lot of money and kept better qualified candidates from winning the nomination, Hunter among them.
