Our Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Yes, and I don’t know why because the first part comes directly from the Holy Bible and the last is inferred by the fact that Mary is the mother of Jesus who was fully God while he was fully human.
