***That strikes me as more than a little harsh.***
It is very irritating when people look at charity as something that somehow benefits or otherwise is mostly connected to them. It’s not about them. It’s about the folks in the street that would be, dare I say it, normal if given a couple of dollars a day worth of drugs that focussed their eyes.
***Id like to see forced, monitored, supported group homes after a certain number of officialdom indicents finding such folks destitute, on the street etc.
However, to rail at Mary and others who extend warmth, food, caring of any degree or kind . . . is . . . crazy, at best.***
Read her posts. Mary didn’t do it for the people. Mary did it for Mary. The people didn’t matter.
From where I sit . . .
such assertions are
1,000% wrong about Mary
and
1,000% wrong about Mary’s activities on that evening and many others.
Such a diatribe is sure scraping the bottom of the wretchedness barrel.
