Nero and King Nebakanezer where ruthless rulers who went mad, Nero went mad in his perversions of power and in immorality.
King Nebakanezer went mad and thought he was god and his pride.
However, The GOD of Israel had to humble King Nebakanezer.
God banished him from power and his kingdom and out into the wilderness and gave him a mind of a beast.
