If, as is claimed by the LDS and it's prophets, that the LDS Church is the one true church, sole keeper of priesthood authority and all others claiming the name of Christ are an abomination as Smith has clearly told you, how could it not?
Remember, according to LDS doctrine, all souls will eventually receive a degree of salvation (either a lesser or greater degree) except for those who commit the unpardonable sin.
This is in agreement with what Jesus taught when he said:
31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
