SC: Roman Catholicism (my faith) existed before these quotations you cite (Psalms, Romans and Colossians) were even written.
Your faith is in an ecclesiocracy rather than in the words of God.
And I've never known anyone who said the papacy predated David. But such is the hubris of Rome and her adherents.
