So Paul is dead. And lying when he said he would be with Christ?

I would say that you and Petronski are indeed of the same ilk. Both of you are poorly schooled in logic and argument resolution.

Paul is dead. His body has surrendered to the corruption of the grave (sheol). His spirit is with the Lord. Upon the day of the Lord's glorious appearing, he will be raised to life. I am making an assumption that you have read the Bible? If so, then this should all be familiar as it is written. The status that the Roman Catholic Church has elevated Mary to has no basis in scripture as it is not written. It cannot even be assumed as there is no basis for what is written about her.

Isn't that special...more personal attacks.

His spirit is with the Lord.

And thus St. Paul is alive. His body is dead but he is alive. We are not merely our bodies, we are our spirits. We are in this world but not of this world.

Paul lives.

The status that the Catholic Church has elevated Mary to has no basis in scripture as it is not written.

Such is your own personal interpretation of Scripture and you are welcome to it. But it (your interpretation) is of no use to me.

>>Psalm 23:6
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. <<

So in heaven, forever means after a break? So like God can get His act together and then those whose earthly bodies die sit circling in a holding pattern until “He comes again”

Do you understand that God is not on “Earthtime”? He is eternal, and doesn’t look at a calendar?
