LOL. Would it be sacrilege to suggest "Life of Brian"? It lampoons religion, but also teaches about the arguments on both sides.
I noted this part of the article:

What about the Blues Brothers? One of my all time favorites!
It's right up there with Sister Act! Unfortunately, neither one presents a positive understanding of the Catholic faith. Plenty of laughs, though, for those of us who attended Catholic schools, pre Vatican Council II.
