He was not referring to a man as Satan. He was referring to Satan, who in turn was using Peter at that moment.

BTW, I'm still waiting to hear how you know that Mary and the dead saints hear your prayers??

I'm still waiting for the Scriptural support for sola Scriptura. Without that proof, your other demand is moot.

You can still argue Mathew 16, but Peter is NOT the Rock that Jesus built his church.

So the pope gets to turn on the power when it’s needed, very convenient.

I gave you sound reasoning for Sola Scripture, you obviously believe something written by men and not inspired by God is to be trusted.
