From what I have read, Rick Joyner has alluded to Todd being back in the pulpit asap, due to the swine flu supposedly coming back around again, and that Todd's healing ministry is needed in the pulpit.

Something to that effect.

God's word doesn't change even for the swine flu. While I do wish Todd to be restored, Todd can be restored but not to a ministerial position.
