‘The rebuilding operation is already staked out.’
Say it againa Decree of God-of-the-Angel-Armies:
‘My cities will prosper again,
God will comfort Zion again,
Jerusalem will be back in my favor again.’”

from the time of Zechariah to the present . . . those verses have NOT been fulfilled.
Sure, there was a Temple at the time of Christ. However, Zion was hardly comforted. Jerusalem under the Romans was far from ‘favored.’
NOPE, No irrational rubber history is possible to explain away those verses.
They have yet to be fulfilled.
