I dont think the Bible gives an exact time to the Resurrection, whether it happened at 6:01pm or 6:01am is ultimately moot, IMO. We know it happened on Sunday at some point.
But I do like the poetic nature of Christ rising at sunrise as the Sun rises in the east and breaks through the darkness of the world.
John 1:4-5, 9

I would agree up to a point. The early church recognized the morning of the first day of the week as special, not Saturday evening, for a reason. The rolling away of the stone marks a significant event by God. If Jesus rose at 11:30 PM Saturday nite - why wait until after sunrise that morning to open the tomb? The recognition of Sunday morning by the early church means a lot.
