The Bible does have references to the age before this one.

So does Hebrew tradition: Nor is this world inhabited by man the first of things earthly created by God. He made several worlds before ours, but He destroyed them all, because He was pleased with none until He created ours.

4th paragraph......1st sentence

That is intriguing but not so much as the one you mentioned before which bears repeating....

Jasher, speaking of the creation (Jasher was the son of Caleb...a contemporary of Moses), says in 1:4-5, "And the abyss fled before the face of the light, and divided between the light and the darkness. So that the face of nature was fomed a second time."....Diego1618

I would have indented that quote...but I don't know how, however...how do you like the pretty blue color? :)
