God doesn’t speak to me. we had an argument some time ago over Heinlein and he doesn’t return my calls any longer.
Seriously if someone tells me that they’ve had a conversation with god I usually hold onto my wallet. God doesn’t speak to us in that fashion. He listens and on occasion he’ll tip probability in our favor or answer a prayer in such a way that we can’t trace it back to him. We may be his children but for the most part we’re on our own to make heaven or hell on Earth.

Sorry, my FRiend, but you're flat misinformed if you think God doesn't communicate both ways, doesn't answer prayer in undeniable ways, etc. I've had situations in my life in which answers to prayer were the only mathematically feasible explanation, period. It's a faith thing.
That said, while my primary spiritual gift is the one called "prophet," I am in fact NOT a prophet and have never received any comms like the one distributed by Wilkerson. Does that mean Wilkerson didn't receive the comm from the Holy Spirit? Absolutely not. Time will tell if he did.
God is a VERY personal God, and He will take a VERY active role in your life if you allow Him to. This is pure fact.

In your opinion. I have heard the voice of my God on one occassion when I was worried out of my mind. Hurrican Andrew was heading straight across the Gulf, and going to strike very near the place I was living in Louisiana at the time. I had limited transportation, so was being forced to leave my big dog, and my horses behind. I walked around my home, and said "Lord, this is all I've got. I've got to leave my babies behind. Please Father, protect them, and if it be Your Will let me know that they will be safe." Driving down pitch black I-10 heading to our family home in Mobile I heard My Fathers voice from right behind me say "don't worry." There were only two people in the car, and we were both in the front seat. Andrew curved, and hit Morgan City instead of where it had been making a beeline for. No one will ever make me believe that it wasn't my Father telling me don't worry. I know it was.
HE's more powerful than BrightHouse or CBS, or even FOXNews - and if HE wanted his message in every home in the world this INSTANT it would be there.
Things are as HE wants them to be - or they'd be different.
We have free will, a road map HE's given us, and we'll be defined by the choices we make.
Oh yes, you are young yet, maybe you will realize at some point that God does indeed speak to us. You have to be paying attention carefully or you won’t hear him, as he doesn’t necessarily speak in words.
