Lord, we ask that You would prevent him from overturning this Republic. We ask that You would restore freedom in this land already destroyed. But even more than this we ask that you would destroy the work of Satan in this man & the federal government's lives. Though they stir up great anger within us by their actions, help us to remember that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers and that only by appealing to and relying on You can we have victory.
Father, restore this nation's heart for You. This is the only thing that will satisfy the long of our hearts. Cause this nation to seek and love You again.

My prayers are always for this nation Blogger. So has my blood. Any prayers to convert President Obama would only be a waste as Satan does not give up his minions so easily. Any prayer to the All-Mighty should include a ‘No Obama clause’. God Bless America, not the United Socialist States of America. No disrespect intended.
I believe that the Magic Kenyan is a very clever and cynical con man of the first rank, and he will be a tough nut for even God to crack. But I have seen tougher nuts come weeping to an altar to beg God for forgiveness and salvation through Jesus Christ's sacrificial death in our stead, so there is hope for anyone to come to Him in earnest repentance and be transformed from darkness to light. Pray on.
Deliver us from evil, Lord. Cast out these demons from positions of power doing Satan’s work. Amen.

May by the way of divine intervention and revelation of God with the help of the Angels and Saints may Obama of his own free will choose to serve Jesus Christ and have all the confusion peeled away from his eyes so that he may see clearly the motives of all that is evil.

With God ALL things are possible. Blogger has the right idea and the right heart for God.
We are given a command, not a suggestion, in holy scripture to pray for those in authority over us. St. Paul wrote in I Timothy 2:1-4
I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; (2) For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. (3) For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; (4) Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
So don't think that Blogger's prayer and perhaps millions of other Christian Americans' prayers for Obama's salvation are not heard at the Throne in Heaven.
I agree Blogger is a great FRiend and FREEPER. Pray for a conversion for Obama.
I wish I could, but I’m not that good. Billions of souls to pray for makes obama pretty much impossible in this lifetime for me. I find others more worthy and don’t take prayer lightly.

This President says he is "saved", got "saved" working in those Chicago projects. He says his father was a Muslim, turned atheist. His grandparents were non-practicing Methodist and Baptists. His mother skeptical of organized religion, even as she was the kindest, most spiritual person he'd ever known. She was the one who taught mhim as a child to love, and to understand, and to do unto others as I would want done.
He says: "I didn’t become a Christian until many years later, when I moved to the South Side of Chicago after college. It happened not because of indoctrination or a sudden revelation, but because I spent month after month working with church folks who simply wanted to help neighbors who were down on their luck – no matter what they looked like, or where they came from, or who they prayed to. You, Almighty God, know the truth. Your word, which is quick, alive and sharper than a two-edged sword, says that we judge by the "fruit" produced.
I have turned this President over to You. You know the major problems I have with this man, his administration, and with most all of Congress... those "representatives." I stand here now, in behalf of my country and my children, children's children, and great grand children. I ask for Your protection and guidance. You know my prayers.

Why do the nations rage, and the kings of the earth set themselves together against the Lord and against his anointed? Hear our cry for mercy.
Our hearts are heavy within us, as we see impending desolation on the horizon. Be Thou our rock and our dwelling place! Confound the plans of those who speak vanity, whose tongues wander through the earth speaking loftily of global systems and new world orders built by man, as Thou confounded the proud builders of Babel, that Thou mayest receieve glory.
Grant that we may come before Thee naked in dust and ashes, without attempting to hide our own sin or blackness of heart from Thine all-seeing eye, that Thou mayest again receive us unto Thee and bless us. Raise up Thy people in this nation, bold men of conviction, who fear Thee more than men or death, to speak words that may illunminate Thy truth. We pray not for men who will speak only of Thy love, only words for the itching ear, but of Thy truth. Would that Thy Church would grow and flourish in America even amidst great tribulation and hardship! Would that we would seek not just the gift but the Giver!
We pray for this man Barack Obama, for his conversion. O Lord, awaken in him a sense of his own mortality and great need for redemption. Impress upon his heart the very real prospect of Hell and his need for a true Savior. He is not a savior, he is just a man. Show him the true Savior, even Jesus, who alone can offer genuine change.
Lastly, forgive us for our hardness of heart toward each other and toward our enemies, who at the end of the day are just men, who will face the same Judgment common to all. Imbue upon us our status as pilgrims and wanderers, and how short and precious this life is.
In that most glorious name of the Author and Finisher of our faith, even Jesus,

Satan doesn’t have a say in who or who is not converted. He is not greater than God.
Lord, I pray for the hearts of Americans who are blinded to Your Word and Your Will. Move Your Holy Spirit among us that we may show Your grace and mercy. Pierce the hardness of hearts, remove the scales which blind, be merciful to our Nation and protect us from the surrounding evil.
