positively amazing that among the volumes and volumes of accounts and testimonies against Smith, nothing is real, nothing is incriminating, nothing is significant enough to detract from the status and stature the LDS powers-that-be want and need him to retain

Oh, the "Joseph Smith Papers" will not only AFFIRM all the wonderful stuff about Smith, it will provide DOCUMENTS to prove it....of course, there won't be any documents available proving the bad stuff....they are either locked up in the the LDS vault or have long been destroyed.

BTW, interesting that the logo of the mormon church used to read, "The Church of Jesus Christ of LATTER-DAY SAINTS", and it has amazingly morphed lately into "The CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST of Latter-Day Saints".....how cool is that?
