I didn’t mention it earlier, but your post reminded me.

There are ministries that help mormons leave by taking time
to mentor them one on one.

For any mormon who is troubled by the falsehood of mormon
DNA claims, you can go to this link and find help to get
out by another former mormon who was able to successfully
leave and start a new life away from the deception.
