I presume, drums will be greeting the Patriarch in the Holy Mountain just like they do in Ghana?
“I presume, drums will be greeting the Patriarch in the Holy Mountain just like they do in Ghana?”
No, more likely Greek bagpipes and a bouzouki or two, but only out front of the church and never inside during a Liturgy. They are as respectful of the sanctity of the liturgy and the temple on the Holy Mountain as the Orthodox in Ghana are.
The drums were not part of the liturgy inside a church and the drummers were not bare breasted African worthies in fornt of God's altar.
You are pulling at straws, annalex. There is no comparison.
