Yes. that's right. It's more important to vote for someone because of the color of their skin than not vote for them because they're pro-infanticide.

I stopped giving to our Bishop’s Fund when the diocese decided to use some of the money to support illegal immigrants. I wrote a letter to our Catholic paper, which they published, stating that money should not be used to promote illegal behavior, but should be spent to improve the lives of these people in their home countries.
When I saw that Archbishop as he participated in Tony Snow’s funeral, all I could think of were the Monty Python Cardinals. The archbishop of Washington looked as pompous and phony as they did. The only difference was he was not on a comedy TV show.
It’s important to vote for the party that is known for wanting to give more money to the ‘downtrodden.’
That is what trumps infanticide in the minds of many Catholics.
I can’t help but think of the film “Days of Thunder” when I think about the two big outdoor Papal masses in the US this past April. Imagine the Pope as the crew chief sitting there with the two tires, saying to the owner of the race team, “50 laps his way” (as he taps the blown out and worn out tire...think of that as a metaphor for the Mass at Nationals Stadium) “...and 50 laps my way” (slaps the good tire...Mass at Yankee Stadium).
