Most Gracious Father,
You know what it is like to have lost a son at the hands of ones that you love. I pray that you will wrap your loving arms around this family and give them the peace, strength and courage they need to face the day. I pray that your loving forgiveness will flow from them to their surviving son. I pray that may know that you have prepared a place for alex and that he is now in Your care. Pour out the healing that comes from the power and presence of Jesus through the Holy Spirit.
