But as for your question, yes, things are very tense, Israel is doing air raid drills and Bibi went to Russia to try and get the Russians from supplying the technological know how to Iran for manufacturing H Bombs. I highly doubt he was successful.
I cannot give a probability on that, Nut Job is pretty unpredictable. I would suspect low as having the materials and constructing Nukes are quite a different step. The Muslim faith does not tend to lend itself to quality work or innovation.
