FTD...let me understand what you have stated, so that I can be clear as to your meaning...are you saying that you have come to the belief that Catholics are not even Christians, because the Bible has decided that Catholics are not even Christians?... Do you hold this belief about all those who consider themselves to be Catholics?....do you hold this belief about all Catholics, whether they are practicing or non-practicing Catholics?....do you completely eliminate all Catholics, from the Christian family? Thanks in advance, for any reply...

I believe any Catholic who gets saved does so because he rejects what the RCC teaches and receives the true Gospel of salvation by faith in Christ's saving work on the Cross and His Resurrection without adding anything to that faith.

Might there be Roman Catholics who are saved (Christians) but still consider themselves Roman Catholics?

That is possible, but when I speak of salvation, I am speaking of what the Roman Catholic Church teaches,(faith/works salvation), not those who might have been saved by ignoring those teachings.

I hope that is clear enough.

I know many saved Catholics. But most of them left the church. Some stayed, but most left.
