Actually, I had radial keratotomy over 10 years ago, and I see just fine. Thanks for asking. It may feel like love to you, but not to me. Not that it bothers me, our posts only reflect on us.

Actually, I had radial keratotomy over 10 years ago, and I see just fine.
I have been very nearsighted all my life but to this day I can still see very well up close. (within a couple of feet). I find myself reading without my glasses while the television is on. If I hear something interesting I must hunt for the da----d glasses and usually get them on by the time the interesting part is long gone. If I'm on the floor cleaning up my cat's hairball I take my glasses off, make sure I get all the mess clean, and then kneel on them.
A few years ago I asked my son in law, an outstanding opthamologist, about radial keratotomy. His answer was (paraphrase) "we don't do that for old geezers like you."
