I am sure the knowledge that Mary being the co-Redemptrix does not deify her, is among those insights into Catholicism you have gained here.
I'm pretty certain you are too young to remember the years of "propaganda/preparation" preceding the declaration of the Bodily Assumption Of Mary. I remember it well.
This "Co-Redemptrix" thing is "Deja Vu all over again" (Yogi Berra).
Prepare yourself.

(I am most likely a Biblical Unitarian? Let me be perfectly clear. I know nothing.)

"propaganda/preparation" preceding the declaration of the Bodily Assumption Of Mary As a spontaneous belief, the Assumption isn't new. There were churches of the Assumption, if I recall right, in Carolingian Germany; you might be old enough to remember those.
I also think that the WWII was the best propaganda one could wish for, for the dogmatization of the belief.
