The good Dr. E., secure in her own intellectual stasis, has certainly pulled certain Catholic phrases into her theological web and attempted to redefine them according to her own particular inclinations and then attempts to post variously using those definitions.
Her particular cult, incorporated about 70 years ago from the ashes and the implosion of several other cults, incorporates the WCF as a main doctrine of belief (a government document commissioned, bought and paid for by the Parliament of England) which calls the Pope the AntiChrist. I find no evidence from her posts that she believes any differently. I have not asked her specifically whether she considers BXVI the current AntiChrist, but perhaps she may wish to express her opinion.
