I reluctantly post anything to Petronski - it’s fruitless. But his question begs an answer from Scripture:
Jude 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
and
Proverbs 16:4 The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
From His own Word, sounds like the God of Christianity hates evil and condemns wicked people to hell.
Personally I think the question is way too big for me, but the issue, I think, is not does God condemn evil and condemn people who persist in it to hell (don't for get Dante -- the most popular book of the Comedy is the Inferno), but does He "set people up" to persist in evil and therefor to "merit" hell.
Amen, Manfred!
a) You'll notice that it is God that does this.
b) You seem to be saying that Catholicism is evil and Catholics are wicked people. Otherwise, your words would be irrelevant and your point would be moot.
