It is more than a little disingenuous for biblical literalists to directly quote the words and translations of long dead Catholic councils of priests, bishops and popes, as manifest in the English bible you are citing, as a refutation of the now living Catholic priests, bishops, and pope.
The real message of Christ, and the reason he was assassinated by the priests, was that you don't need any churches or priests. You have a direct personal access to God. The bottom line is that God doesn't give a damn which pew your ass is in, but he cares a whole lot about what is in your heart. However, that doesn't mean that you are denied that access because of the church you attend or don't attend or if you don't use weird spelling so that you can Jedi-Mind Trick God into not thinking you not typing His name.

I pray one day you will come to understand that the Holy Word of Elohim
is as John says is the pre-existent one: Yah'shua.
And that in order to come to know the creator of the universe,
you must seek Him out in His Word, not in man-made Traditions.
It is ignorant and anti-Semitic to state that Yah'shua
was assassinated by the priests , when you are the anti-semite.
You are aware that Yah'shua was/is a Jew and you are rejecting Him and His brothers.
NAsbU Matthew 25:40 "The King will answer and say to them,
'Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these
brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.'
Anyone who seeks to be covered with the "blood of the lamb" must have
been part of the killing of the lamb. So if you reject killing the Passover Lamb
then you are not covered by the blood of the lamb and you reject YHvH's salvation.
Elohim YHvH has communicated with us through His Word.
He has communicated to us from outside our time-space continuum.
He does not communicate to us through some man-made corporation.
He said he would send another like himself ( Ru'ach HaKodesh )
to assist us in understanding His Holy Word.
If you understand the language of Elohim, it is very clear that:
"Yah has become my salvation" is the Name that most refer to as Jesus.
The name Yah'shua means "Yah has become my salvation".

Yod Hey in Hebrew is the Name of Elohim.
vav is man in Hebrew; Yah became man for our salvation.
He has become our Go'el
The letter Hey is the breath of Elohim.
