What is the possible relevance of that? Would you care to "declare absolutely" that NO Baptists get drunk, slap their kids around, steal from their employers, or sleep with people other than their spouses?
Of course not. Catholics are all sinners. Baptists are all sinners. That shouldn't come as a surprise.
So the question ought to be not, "What does one confused or kooky Catholic somewhere do that I can dredge up?" but "What does the Catholic Church teach?"
Does the Catholic Church teach that the Pope is to be worshipped? Nope, certainly not.
Does the Catholic Church teach that Mary is equal to God? Nope. In fact, perhaps the most "Marian" saint of all, St. Louis Marie de Montfort, began his book on Mary by describing her as "next to God, nothing".
Does the Catholic Church teach that Mary ought to be given the sort of worship which by right belongs to God? Nope.
Three strikes, you're out.
Incidentally, most of the decrees of the Council of Trent don't even mention Mary.
