Actually, no it isn’t, because the doctrine and histories and teachings of LDS support these groups.

Do you think the bible supports the fact that God hates homosexuals? (Hint: Yes, it does.) Yet you won't see Baptists going about protesting that everywhere like Phelps and his 'Baptist' crew do.

I'm also not aware of the teaching in the LDS doctrines and covenants and other official documents that call for kicking teenaged boys out of the community. Can you please point that out?

God's Word is clear on both how He looks at sin, sinners, those who reject Him, and false prophets. Looking to others to justify the behaviors of sinful man does not remove guilt nor its consequences. What does God say about sin, sinners, those who reject Him, and false prophets?

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23

"For God so loved the world, as to give his only begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in him, may not perish, but may have life everlasting life."
John 3:16

Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance:
Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners
...
1 Timothy 1:15

Mark 2:13–17
Once again Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them. As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector's booth. 'Follow me,' Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him.

While Jesus was having dinner at Levi's house, many tax collectors and 'sinners' were eating with Him and His disciples, for there were many who followed Him. When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw Him eating with the 'sinners' and tax collectors, they asked His disciples: 'Why does He eat with tax collectors and "sinners"?'

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, 'It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.'

For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost. Luke 19:9,10
"To as many as received Him, He gave the right to become the children of God." John 1:12
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:8

John 8:

23 But He continued, "You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I AM the One I claim to be, you will indeed die in your sins."
James 1:14-15

14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Galations 1:

6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— 7 which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! 9 As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!

Jer 14:14-16

14 Then the LORD said to me, "The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I have not sent them or appointed them or spoken to them. They are prophesying to you false visions, divinations, idolatries and the delusions of their own minds. 15 Therefore, this is what the LORD says about the prophets who are prophesying in my name: I did not send them, yet they are saying, 'No sword or famine will touch this land.' Those same prophets will perish by sword and famine. 16 And the people they are prophesying to will be thrown out into the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and sword. There will be no one to bury them or their wives, their sons or their daughters. I will pour out on them the calamity they deserve..."
