Is there a problem here?

History of the Church, vol. 6, pg. 111, “Section 1 - Be it ordained by the City Council of Nauvoo, that the Mayor [Joseph Smith] of the city is hereby authorized to sell or give spirits of any quantity as he in his wisdom shall judge to be for the health and comfort, or convenience of such travelers or other persons as shall visit his house from time to time.”

Joseph Smith also opened a saloon in his Nauvoo mansion ...

Emma was out of town at the time, and threw a fit when she returned. Joseph insisted on keeping the bar open because it was making him a small fortune. Emma held her ground arguing she would not raise their children in that type of environment; besides how would it look for a prophet of god to own a dram shop.

Emma moved out with the children until Joseph relented.

You can read more about that HERE.

... and Brigham Young owned a distillery

Brigham also drank coffee, dipped snuff, and chewed tobacco.

You can read more about that HERE.
