Why would you think you could possibly understand what he meant, as a “Prophet” of God? The mysteries of the kingdom have always been taught openly to the faithful followers, but to the unbelieving, they are only taught in parables.

I don’t pretend to understand everything, and I consider my self a believer. Why would you want the meaty mysteries thrown at you, other than to give you more ammunition to hurt the faith of others?

Matthew 13:

11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

It looks like I’m on the verge of breaking my goal to not be contentious, so with that, I bid all a good night. Perhaps by morning there will be another 250 posts, so I can skip to the end again in order to have a real life. ;-)
