Besides, going back to Luke, I thought the ONLY OT scriptures you would accept were the ones quoted or referred to in the Gospels Heb 11:5 is not making references to the OT; it is rewording the OT, and creating something the OT never said.

Heb 11:5 is not making references to the OT; it is rewording the OT, and creating something the OT never said. What does it matter if it is making reference to a specific scripture in the OT or not? Regardless, it is a standalone statement. It is scripture, and it is plain and easy to understand. So, I believe it.
