No, God acts THROUGH us when we do good. God DOESN'T act ON us when a certain evil is a part of His plan. Huge difference. If God pre-ordained everything, then there is nothing you do or don't do without God's will acting on you, FK. Try again.

Now, SOMETIMES, a failure to act really is an act. However, to assign blame, as you do on our behalf, you must assert a duty, which you cannot.
