MarkBsnr to Dr. E: It looks as if cause and effect are reversed within the space of two paragraphs. Paragraph 1: The belief in God causes salvation. Paragraph 2: The belief in God is as a result of salvation.

The belief that God saved them before they existed, or could have believed or, for that matter, needed salvation (because they didn't exist yet!).

Again, you war against Scripture...

"For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth" -- Romans 9:11

You two insist on a works-based salvation when the Bible tells us over and over that our own works are as filthy rags to God, and we are only saved by Christ's work on the cross alone.
