My favorite comedy! I saw it in 1956! Still I remember that “The pellet with the poison’s in the vessel with the pessel. The chalace from the palace is the brew that is true!”
Kaye’s other fantastic movie is The Inspector General. Not too close to the Russian play, but still by virtue of his talent, very, very funny.
