Even if Braschi is defrocked or schismatic, if he is a bishop, he can still ordain, but not within the Church. And if he was still with the Church, any ordination would have to follow canon law to be valid. It would seem that the Roman Catholic Church could get a court order to keep the group form using the term Roman Catholic. While the group could still use the word catholic, I would think a court would agree that using Roman Catholic implies they are part of the Church and therefore misleading. Maybe all the Catholics out there should start calling your Bishops and letting them know how you feel.
