The "preterist" view, if you are speaking of the partial preterist view, which is Scriptural, says for ALL MEN everywhere to believe in Jesus Christ TODAY.
It's the dispensational pov that says God has another plan for the Jews besides saving faith in Jesus Christ which truly postpones the call of the Gospel until some future day.

I don’t know, personally, of any Dispy—certainly who’s theology I’d respect on such points—but really I don’t know anyone who believes that.
All will come to The Father by Christ and Christ Alone.
