Why? ... I can think of at least two reasons: 1) He was teaching the thick-headed disciples how to ‘be’ in touch with God; 2) He spoke worlds into existence, so speaking what He desitred for His disciples, for the events about to unfold, for those whom He healed, all these are ‘logos’ related, spoken will establishing reality in the here and now and the when to come.
So, in order to make your philosophy work, you have to make the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God into a common liar and charlaton?????????????
