I agree. My husband often longs for the older worship songs we knew back 20 years ago. We seem to use more of the ones that focus on God but there probably is a mix. Some bring me to tears, others don’t.

That one they changed to LOVE IS A MANY SPLINTERED THING.
Of course they wondered how long it would take for me to notice the differences.

So much going on against our nation and world.

And I feel so flawed and weaker than I think I ought to be at 60 years old in the spiritual warfare battles . . .

Somehow, His strength has to be made perfect in our weakness. Wish I knew how to cooperate better with that.
