Boy, I would never have believed it if you didn't write it. If that's not an example of wheat and tares I don't know what is. I hope over time they came to realize their error and had a change of heart.
About a year or so later, they became unreasonably embittered at another member over a small, small difference and left the church.
I saw them recently and the bitterness was just as fresh in them as if the thing that had angered them had happened that very day.
God took them out.
