I don’t consider it a condemnation because the Shepherd shears the sheep and even eats some of them.

Justice that applies in human to human transactions does not necessarily apply to one who sees the bigger picture.

Was Winston Churchill unjust when he did not alert towns of German air raids after the British had broken the German codes?

You mentioned cupability in the Foreknowing One, xzins. To me that's a condmenation.

ASs for the shepherd: the shepherd doesn't have to shear the sheep and doesn't have to eat them either. What he does and chooses is his doing and if it is wrong he will answer for it. Ours is not to decide if he is cuplable or not.

There is a huge difference between shearing sheep and eating them. Where does it say that God eats His sheep?
