False. It became apparent that some priests had molested children. At that point, any true believer would have left such a corrupt, malicious, preying organization. Instead you all continued to attend, continued to tithe, and continued to contribute despite knowledge that the scandal was still unfolding and priests were still doing it. Jesus said let the little children come to him so he can bless them. Catholic priests say it so they can destroy innocence. Well as those of us who read the Bible know, it would be better for a millstone to be tied around their necks and be tossed into the sea. Hope your tithing doesn't cause any further destruction.
