"The Mormon God is a God of the entire universe, not just of this single planet"

According to another Mormon on this thread, (DelphiUser @ #424), there are other universes with other creator gods.

Polytheism.

By your logic the Bible is Polytheistic for it speaks of many Gods, and even commands us to have no other God before him int eh Ten commandments what a useless commandment if there were not her Gods.

BTW my point in said Post was that those Gods are only Gods over their creations, not our God which is in complete agreement with the commandment that we have no other Gods before our creator.

Please real my posts more carefully, so that you do not inadvertently misrepresent my position as you have here.

Thank you.

DU

Wrong. Show me one place where the Bible speaks of a false god while using the capital 'G' to designate the real God.

The Bible speaks of only one God; that of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

On the other hand are all the false gods which you and Ed seem so eager to grasp: Nisroch, Nergal, Ashima, Succoth-benoth, Nibhaz, Tartak, etc.

DU, please point me to the LDS scriptural source for that statement, please? I have not seen it put in that way (Gods over their creations) before, and I'm pretty sure I never HEARD it either. Enosh has asked for Biblical reference, but I'm curious about the LDS reference.

CC have you heard that before?
