Didache is accepted by the Latin Church as work of Aopostolic Fathers, but there is no proof whatsoever that it is. The author(s) is(are)are unknown and the location is unspecified.

Kanon (Greek κανων) means standard, not law (the law is νομος or nomos). To the best of my knowledge, the Didache was never normative in the East or the West for that matter. If anything, its order of Eucharistic communion is reversed — wine first, then bread.
