While I bet most of us could stand to go more often, I think it's individual. I got the full sacramental artillery barrage before this minor surgery and I would say I was a halfway acceptable human being (if it was dark and you squinted) for about 10 days. So I think I have a bead on my situation. As soon as I can drive again, I'm camping out in front of the confessional.

But I'm sure others are less habituated to vice than I.
