Follow your bishop, every one of you, as obediently as Jesus Christ followed the Father. Obey your clergy too as you would the apostles; give your deacons the same reverence that you would to a command of God.

You lost me on the first paragraph of the first link...I'll only follow a pastor as long as he follows the bible...

I have the same Spirit within me that the church leaders have in them...I am told to 'search the scriptures' to know that I have eternal life...Not to blindly trust a bishop, deacon or priest...
