You conveniently left out verses 18 and 20:
"And Jesus came and spake unto them saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen." Matthew 28:18-20
Jesus told us to Baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Are you arguing with Him?

Thank you for taking the time to put that all in there, I am a horribly slow typist. But tonight I have the pc all to myself.
How about the same period of time in Luke 24:45-48? The commission from the Lord again: Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, "Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: and that REPENTANCE and REMISSION of sins should be preached in his NAME among ALL nations, BEGINNING at Jerusalem. Are you? Are you not saying, "Uh, Lord, umm, you didn't do a very good job of training your disciples. I mean, look at how they baptized."
Picture yourself at a business meeting, being briefed on a sales mission by your boss, who hold several titles and positions. He sends you off, saying, "Tell them that the Founder, Chairman, and CEO will make good on his promises." You go, and repeat that command, and the customer says, "I'm impressed, but by the way, what is his NAME?"
