The Church was "organized" when our Lord appeared to the apostles and told Peter to feed His sheep on Easter night.That's one of the points of the article...Jesus wasn't celebrating Easter although Pagans may have been celebrating Easter on that night...
But like the author says...It was a Jewish church with Jewish Christians...And there was no Catholic on the face of the earth...
