I agree that the Indonesian coffees are good in general. I generally go for the Sumatra because I can roast it almost dark. (I have trouble hearing the roasting process and have to rely on visual cutoff.)
The Sulawesis (Celebese) varieties (Kolossi is one I haven't tried) are better right before 2d crack which puts them in this hard place to roast right between brown and oily dark brown.
I'll have to try some. I just saw some Sulawesi for $5.10 a pound.
I love it. It is smooth and flavorful and doesn't tear up my stomach.
